As a retired law enforcement sergeant, a widow, a mother and an author, my journey has been shaped by trauma, loss, and ultimately, resilience. I don’t just speak about overcoming, I’ve done the work, faced the pain, and found a way forward through God. Now, I’m here to help others do the same.

As a motivational speaker, my mission is to connect with people of all ages who have experienced trauma, loss, or life-altering events and help them find a path forward. Whether you’re carrying the weight of a personal tragedy, grieving the loss of a loved one, pet, or struggling to make sense of what you’ve been through, you are not alone in that journey.

I hold a deep respect for first responders, the individuals who run toward crisis when others are running away. Police officers, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, you see and carry things most people never will. The emotional toll of that responsibility is real, and it deserves acknowledgment, support, and space to heal.

My talks are honest, grounded, and built on real-life experience. I focus on resilience, mental strength, and the power of reclaiming purpose after pain. This isn’t about ignoring what happened, it’s about learning how to live with it, grow through it, and rediscover meaning on the other side. Through storytelling, practical tools, and open conversations, I aim to create a space where people feel seen, understood, and empowered to take their next step forward; no matter how heavy the past may feel. Healing is not a straight line. But it is possible. And you don’t have to walk it alone.
