Whether you're experiencing the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, or another significant life transition, this course offers encouragement and a faith-based foundation for personal growth and moving forward. Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY We understand that plans can change. To provide the best service to all clients, Empress Rose Legacy LLC requires at least **24 hours' notice** for cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment Clients who cancel more than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment may request to reschedule their service for another available date and time. If a refund is applicable under the terms of the service purchased, the refund will be handled according to the applicable payment and refund terms for that service. Cancellations Within 24 Hours Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are considered late cancellations. **Payments for late cancellations are non-refundable.** Clients may, however, request to reschedule their appointment. If approved, Empress Rose Legacy LLC will honor the same service length and amount previously paid for the rescheduled appointment. No-Show A client who does not attend a scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice will be considered a **No-Show**. Payments for No-Show appointments are **non-refundable**. At the discretion of Empress Rose Legacy LLC, a No-Show client may be permitted to reschedule for a future available date and time. Emergencies and Special Circumstances We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. Empress Rose Legacy LLC may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. If a client chooses not to reschedule or does not use the service after payment has been made, no refund will be issued when the payment is otherwise non-refundable under this policy. By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
